Aestro Games ("we", "us") operates gamecooperativetop.top, a free browser-game catalogue. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation we act as the data controller for the limited data described in section 2. Contact: [email protected].

No account data. The site has no registration, no login, and no profiles. We never ask for your name, address, or payment details.

Technical data generated automatically when a page is served: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, requested page, and timestamp. This is processed by our hosting and CDN provider to deliver the site and defend against abuse.

Aggregated usage data such as page views and which games are opened. This is used to order our popularity rankings. It is not linked to an identity.

Local browser storage. Individual games may write high scores, save files, or settings to your browser's localStorage or IndexedDB. That data stays on your device; we cannot read it and cannot restore it if you clear it.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, precise geolocation, or biometric data, and we do not sell personal information.

We use a minimal number of first-party cookies or storage entries that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice). These do not require consent.

Third-party cookies may be set by our advertising and analytics partners, and by the game providers whose content is embedded on game pages. Where required by law, these are only set after you consent, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the consent notice or your browser settings.

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and blocking third-party cookies will not prevent you from playing the games.

Games are not hosted by us. Each game page loads the game inside an iframe served from the original provider's domain. When you start a game, your browser connects directly to that provider and it may receive your IP address, user-agent, referring page, and set its own cookies or storage — independently of us.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices, advertising, or in-frame content of those providers. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing. If you would rather not be exposed to a provider's tracking, do not start the game.

This site is funded by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising:

We share data only with service providers that make the site work: hosting and CDN, advertising and measurement partners, and the game providers described in section 5. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the ad partners named in section 6.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred, we rely on the recipient's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Server and CDN logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept indefinitely. Retention by third-party partners is governed by their own policies.

If you are in the EU, UK, or a comparable jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; and request portability. If you are a California resident, you may exercise the equivalent CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Because we hold no account data, we may be unable to link technical logs to you; in that case we will say so and explain your options. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians should be aware that embedded third-party games may display advertising; we recommend supervising younger players.

The site is served over HTTPS and holds no user accounts, passwords, or payment data, which removes the most common breach risks. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

There is no industry consensus on how to respond to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not act on them. Use the opt-out links in section 6 instead.

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on the site.
